Medical Centre Pharmacy Closure

The Pharmacy will be closed until Tuesday 11 Jul 17. All prescriptions including repeats will be outsourced to Lloyds Pharmacy in Barry. Repeat prescriptions will still follow the same process in that the script is dropped off to the Medical Centre giving at least 48 hours’ notice (mon-Fri).

If you have a routine or urgent appointment during this period your medication can be collected form the pharmacy in Barry with the script the Doctor will issue with. Special arrangements can be made in exceptional circumstances if you are having difficulties transiting to Barry.

East Camp SFA Bathroom Refurbishment

In view of the ongoing project and the need to access and store materials, the contractor GB Electrical have arranged for a storage container to be situated on the grass area adjacent to Tintern Close.
The container will be used to store bathroom materials only and not as a site office. The area will be Herras Fenced off and secured when not in use. The area and temporary enclosure will be inspected regularly to ensure safe and secure.
In view of this temporary construction can I ask that you ensure that children are told to refrain from climbing on the fencing and avoid playing in the immediate area. Also please be aware that there may well be an increase in traffic at peak times (8.00 AM TO 9.00 AM)
Operatives have been asked to park sensibly and safely at all times when loading and unloading materials.
Should you see any suspicious activity in the area please contact the helpdesk on 0800 707 6000.
Any feedback on the Bathroom Refurbishment Project can be directed to myself, Gary Mitchell CA Project Manager at gary.mitchell@carillionamey.co.uk
Thanks for your understanding and anticipated co-operation.
Kind regards
